FSIG 9th Annual Fun Run & Walk, May 14-21

FSIG’s 9th Annual Fun Run & Walk will remain VIRTUAL this year to help support our Fabry community. We’re living in challenging and uncertain times and that’s why we’re asking you to run or walk for a great cause. Help us raise money for the Fabry community! You can choose to run a virtual 5k or do a fun one mile walk. Registration is only $25 per person. We can offer Fabry families a discount for only $50 for up to 4 registrations to the same address. Register by May 6 to receive a t-shirt. Your registration fee will help support our RAFT program. To register, please follow the link below.

5k or 1 Mile: You can choose either or anything in between! Just make sure to take a photo of you completing your goal and tag us on Facebook at Fabry Support & Information Group using the hashtag #RunningforFabry. If you want, you can also take photos or videos of your activity and send it to our office email at info@fabry.org.

 

Saturday, May 21

On Saturday, May 21 at Noon (EST), we will conclude with a live patient meeting in Louisville, KY that will celebrate all of our participants and hear from Dr. Rob Hopkin. We will also be giving updates on our fundraising goal.

    Rob Hopkin

    Robert Hopkin, MD is an Associate Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Hopkin graduated from the University of Nevada Medical School in 1990. He completed his residency and chief residency in Pediatrics at the Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Maricopa Medical Center Pediatrics Residency Program in 1994. He completed his training in Medical Genetics at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center in 1997.
